  • DLT_EntityRegistration_Document To be Filled by Client- Mandatory
  • Agreement Draft Copy General Authorisation issued by a Sender to Telemarketer(LOA) TBT ( on Co. Letter Head with Stamp & Sign)- Mandatory
  • Agreement Draft Copy General Authorisation issued by a Sender to Telemarketer(LOA) KI ( on Co. Letter Head with Stamp & Sign)- Mandatory
  • LETTER OF AUTHORITY - An authorized person for DLT Registration ( For Individual/ Sole proprietorship- Self Attestation) - Mandatory
  • Pan Card Copy- Mandatory
  • Copy of Proof Of Identity- Aadhar Card, Driving Lic, Passport, Election Card, Pan Card ( Copy in Pdf, Jpeg, Png.. Not More than 100KB)- Mandatory
  • Copy of Address Proof- Elec Bill / Land Line / Lease line Bill / Internet Bill ( Not Less Than 2 Months), Sale Deed, - Mandatory
  • GST declaration - One Airtel documentation Police.
